Whistleblowing Channel

VARIANZA GESTIÓN SGIIC, S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as “VARIANZA”) adheres to the highest standards of transparency, honesty, and responsibility. To this end, VARIANZA has implemented a Whistleblowing Channel (the Channel) to ensure compliance with these standards.

The Channel serves as an agile mechanism for reporting improper conduct and behaviors that do not comply with internal regulations or that are contrary to applicable legislation.

The Channel is open to all whistleblowers working in the private or public sector who have obtained information about violations in a work or professional context related to VARIANZA. Likewise, the Channel may be used by any person who has or has had any relationship with VARIANZA.

Any communication submitted through the Channel may remain anonymous if desired. If the whistleblower chooses to disclose their identity, their personal data and the content of the report will only be shared with personnel whose involvement is necessary for investigating the matter. All communications will be analyzed with strict confidentiality, objectivity, and impartiality.

Reports must be accompanied by sufficient information, be well-founded and justified, and present reasonable indications that a violation has occurred.

VARIANZA is committed to investigating all reports received through the Channel.
